"2002 GayVN Awards....."
"Well, here we are in to the next day! Big night tonight! I couldn`t concentrate for shit y`all. I had four or five projects going at one time. Felt like I was back to my using days. I am sure some of you can relate to that! Hello! I will just fast forward to the evening. All done UP in my tux and happy face slippers. Yes, I did the whole evening in my black, (matching the tux), Joe Boxer, slippers. I needed a comfort zone. I have been nominated for a few different awards. One, being the coveted, Performer of the Year. As most of you know, and if you didn`t, you do now. Monster and I have worked our asses off the past year. 50 plus videos. Each one getting better than the previous. Being nominated is a huge honor for me. Anyhow, on to the evening. The limo arrives. Out the door y`all! Arrive at the hotel for the awards banquet. This time is wasn`t just paparazzi. A couple camera crews were there. Interviews make me so nervous. Ugh! This is our night to be honored. This is also our night that we have to put on clothes. Everyone pulled all stops on their out fits. Some were very traditional. Some were very sexy, classy, and outrageous. Everyone looked wonderful though. Didn`t recognize a lot of people. Let`s face it. My job doesn`t require much in the way of clothing. So, when I run in to people such as Tony Cummings. Know him well with his ass in the air. Not fully decked out in clothes though. He looks great both ways! Anyhow, the evening progresses without incident. We, finally get to the Performer of the Year award category. I had two nominations in the Best Sex Scene category. Didn`t win either of them. This years Gay Performer of the year is........Michael Brandon! Holy shit! It still brings tears to my eyes. The classic hands in face, tears rolling down cheeks. Can you fucken believe it friends and fans? How cool is that? Very cool in my eyes! I am stoked beyond belief. I can hardly see straight! So, y`all can just call me Denzel or Halle, whichever I am feeling most like at the time. Seems as though I was feeling more in tune with Halle on her night! Yes, yes, yes is how I started my acceptance speech. Afterwards, let`s get something to eat! Limo driver, ""Take us to IHOP!"" Feed me. Hadn`t been able to eat all day. Imagine that! Back to the house I go. Absolutely on top of the world! Good night Monster! Way to go champ! Both of us working together to bring smiles to faces all over the world. Mission accomplished!
